Stay a while
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, El Triangle is joining an initiative to raise awareness about adolescent mental health and highlight something as simple as it is essential: taking the time to listen, share and connect with the people who matter to us.
A small gesture to slow down, strengthen connections and build meaningful bonds. Social connections play a crucial role in our health and emotional well-being. This becomes even more important when we focus on young people and figures such as these:
15.4% of adolescents say they often feel lonely.
1 in 3 adolescents say they frequently experience emotional distress.
51.8% of enquiries from children and adolescents to ANAR are related to mental health.
63.3% of mental health-related cases involve inappropriate use of technology.
Do you need help?
If you are under 18 and would like to talk to someone who will listen, or if you are an adult concerned about a minor, you can contact the ANAR Helplines. They are free, confidential and available 24/7.
