Parking ATM

On floor -3 of the mall there are ticket machines for the car park.

Toilets 2theloo

In the main foyer of floor -1 there are the toilets managed by 2theloo. The price of the toilets is €0.80. You can also buy parapharmacy products and refreshments, among other things. From 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm.

Nursery Room 2theloo

El Triangle’s 2theloo bathroom offers a quiet, pleasant space to feed your baby. The price of the nursery room is the same as 2theloo baths (€ 0.80).

Disabled Parking

In the Bamsa Parking, there are 6 spaces for the disabled, 2 on each floor (-3, -4, -5).

Disabled Access

Disabled people can access El Triangle from all entrances with elevators to the parking area.

Customer Service Desk

El Triangle’s Customer Service Desk, at the main floor access on Plaça Catalunya 1, is available to solve all your doubts and questions. The Customer Service Desk schedule is from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.

In the mall there are two main lifts that connect with the 5 car park floors.

Baby Changing Room 2theloo

In El Triangle you will find a baby changing table in 2theloo’s bathroom. The price of baby changing room is the same as 2theloo baths (€ 0.80).

Family Parking

There are places reserved for families in the Bamsa parking lot.

User satisfaction ratings for toilets

In El Triangle´s 2theloo bathroom on floor -1, you will find an easy user satisfaction device.

Pet Access

Pets are allowed in El Triangle, but remember that the general norms of higiene and security must be followed.

Umbrella bags

Umbrella bags are available at the Customer Service Desk on rainy days.

Cardiac Defibrillator

El Triangle has a cardiac defibrillator at the gallery. In case of emergency, go to the Security Point located on floor -1, or ask the security guards in the Shopping Centre.

Battery Recycling Point

There is a battery recycling point next to the main lifts of the mall.

Lost and Found

All items lost by visitors in the mall or of unknown origin, will be kept by El Triangle for a limited period of time. See more information at the Customer Service Desk.

There are two ATMs at the main entrance of the Fnac at El Triangle.

Parking

From the Shopping Centre you can access the car park managed by Bamsa, which has 293 parking spaces. The Bamsa car park is open 24 hours a day and offers the following services: ViaT, motorcycle parking, family parking, reduced mobility parking, surveillance cameras and car sharing.
